A fixed rhythm, repeated

AfterStep-by-step handover to your own team

The role follows a fixed monthly rhythm: a portfolio meeting where projects continue, stop or scale, a one-to-one with the CEO, days on site with your teams, and availability online in between. Every quarter, a report goes to your decision-makers and the engagement is reviewed. From the start, the role is designed to hand over step by step. The minimum term is three months; most companies hand over after three to nine months.
