AI agents and your organization

  • Half day
  • For Executives · For Boards
  • Online · On site

A half-day workshop on what changes when AI carries out tasks instead of only answering questions. Your group sees what AI agents can do today and where they fail, maps the processes where agents could act for you, and decides how much autonomy each one gets, where a person decides and which controls must be in place first.

Is this for you?

Who it is for

Executive teams and boards, separately or together, that face proposals for AI agents from vendors or their own teams. Heads of operations, IT and risk benefit as well. Individual leaders are welcome.

Group size

1 to 16 participants.

Prior knowledge

None required.

Core objectives

  1. 01See what AI agents can do today, how they fail and what they cost, in a live demonstration
  2. 02Identify the processes where agents could act on your behalf
  3. 03Set an autonomy level per process: inform, recommend, act after approval, or act and report
  4. 04Define the controls and accountability you need before anything goes live
Why it matters

An AI tool that drafts an email is one thing.

An AI agent that sends it, updates a customer record or approves a refund is another. When AI acts, questions of access, accountability and control move to the center, and they are easier to answer before the first agent goes live than after.

How it works

BeforeShort interviews to select processes
  1. 01 What AI agents can do
  2. 02 Your own processes
  3. 03 Autonomy and controls
  4. 04 Impact on people and roles

The workshop moves from what agents do, to your own processes, to autonomy and controls, and ends with the impact on people and roles. Before the session, we hold two to four short interviews to select relevant processes.

Deliverables

  • A map of three to five candidate processes
  • An autonomy level per process, with the point where a person decides
  • A checklist of required controls: access, spending limits, audit trails and escalation
  • A short note on the impact on roles and teams
