Executive AI alignment day
- 1 day
- For Executives
- On site
One day in which the CEO and executive team build one shared understanding of AI, map where it can add value across the business and agree what AI must achieve. Prepared with confidential interviews, the day ends with a one-page AI ambition and clear owners for the next steps.
Is this for you?
The CEO and the executive team, together. It suits teams whose members hold different views on AI, or that run pilots in several places without a common direction. Owners or investors can join for the final part, when the ambition is agreed.
5 to 12 participants.
None required. Recommended for every participant: the online course AI Foundations.
Core objectives
- 01Give the whole team one accurate understanding of what AI can and cannot do, what it costs and which risks it brings
- 02Bring into the open where the team agrees and disagrees, based on confidential interviews
- 03Map where AI can add value across your value chain
- 04Agree a one-page AI ambition and who owns the next steps
In most executive teams, views on AI differ widely.
One executive sees cost savings, another a threat to the business model, a third mostly risk. Until the team agrees, pilots multiply, budgets scatter and nobody can say what AI is meant to achieve.
How it works
- 01 Learn what AI can do, what it costs, which risks it brings
- 02 Map opportunities across your value chain
- 03 Agree the ambition, ownership and next steps
The day has two halves. The first is education: what AI can and cannot do today, what it costs, which risks it brings and what comparable companies are doing, together with what we heard in the interviews. The second is work: mapping opportunities across your value chain, agreeing the ambition and deciding on ownership and next steps. Before the day, we hold four to six confidential interviews.
Deliverables
- A one-page AI ambition the team agrees on
- A map of where AI can add value across your value chain
- A decision memo with next steps, owners and a 90-day horizon
