The workshop moves in four parts: the forces shaping your industry, three scenarios built by the group, the impact of each scenario on your value chain, and the signals and moves you agree on. Before the session, we hold two to four short interviews, or send a short questionnaire for open editions, so the discussion starts from your own business.
